About the Cell
The Grievance Redressal Cell at Bansal Institute of Research, Technology and Science (BIRTS), Bhopal, is established to address and resolve the grievances of students, faculty, and staff in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner. The cell ensures a supportive environment by safeguarding the rights and interests of all stakeholders and promoting institutional harmony.
